A1 Drilling and Digging, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. David Rutledge is the CEO; Dolores Rutledge runs the office and does all the bookkeeping; Chad Bullock assists during busy times; Elijah Rutledge recently received his well drilling license and Austin Rutledge helps out after school.
